Two cookies. Not two categories — two cookies. Both are set by this site, both store a preference you expressed, and neither identifies you or follows you anywhere else.

Why neither needs consent
Both are strictly necessary in the legal sense: they exist only to honour a choice you made. Asking permission to remember that you declined permission would be absurd, and remembering your language is a preference you set deliberately.
Neither contains an identifier, a profile or anything about your behaviour.
There is no analytics cookie
This is unusual enough to state plainly. Our analytics does not use cookies at all — not for anonymous counting, and not for the consented measurement either.
Consented measurement uses a visit identifier calculated from a value we regenerate daily and never store. It lives in memory on the server for the length of your visit and is never written to your device.
No third-party cookies
We run no advertising pixels, no social media widgets, no embedded video players, no chat widgets and no tag manager. Nothing on this site loads a script from another company, so no other company can set a cookie through us.
Links to Telegram, X and LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click, and clicking takes you to them.
Local storage and similar technologies
We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, web beacons, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting.
Changing your choice
Use the privacy settings link in the footer. You can also delete both cookies in your browser settings; the site will then ask about analytics again and open in your browser language.
